Due to its excellent crack resistance and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in ships, chemical equipment and other fields.

5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloys (such as 5052, 5083, 5A05): These alloys are high in strength and corrosion-resistant. Aluminum flux-cored welding wires match the properties of the parent material by adjusting the magnesium content (such as 3%-5% magnesium), which is particularly suitable for marine engineering and pressure vessel welding.
6000 series aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloys (such as 6061, 6063):
The silicon element in aluminum flux-cored welding wire can improve fluidity and reduce the risk of hot cracks. It is often used for welding automotive parts and building profiles.
3000 series aluminum-manganese alloys (such as 3003, 3004):
The manganese element in aluminum flux-cored welding wire can strengthen the weld, which is suitable for scenes such as kitchenware and architectural decoration. For example, 3003 aluminum alloy welding can use flux-cored welding wire containing 1.0%-1.5% manganese.
Other series:
1000 series pure aluminum (such as 1060, 1100): The titanium element in the flux core refines the grains and improves the plasticity of the weld.
7000 series aluminum-zinc alloy (such as 7005, 7039): Flux-cored wire containing 5% magnesium can be used for welding this type of high-strength alloy. Although the strength is slightly lower than that of solid wire, the elongation is better.
